You can love God and still need to heal from what happened in His name.
A six-week guided group with licensed trauma therapist Kobe Campbell to help you understand harmful religious experiences, rebuild self-trust, and begin developing a healthier faith.
Begins November 2 | Six weekly sessions | $400
Maybe saying no makes you feel guilty. You second-guess your judgment. Prayer, church, or conversations about God bring up feelings you struggle to explain.
You don’t need to know whether to call it church hurt, spiritual abuse, or religious trauma. You can begin with this: something affected you, and you want support making sense of it.
Through teaching, guided reflection, experiential activities, and community, we’ll work toward:
Clarity: Recognize spiritual harm and understand how it shaped your beliefs and relationships.
Self-trust: Reconnect with your voice, needs, and discernment.
Healthier boundaries: Practice making choices without automatically treating guilt as proof you’re doing something wrong.
Healthier faith: Explore a relationship with God that makes room for honesty, questions, compassion, and connection.
The goal is to move from confusion, shame, and second-guessing toward greater clarity, agency, and a more grounded faith.
Led by Kobe Campbell, licensed trauma therapist, bestselling author of Why Am I Like This?, and founder of The Healing Circle.
Six weekly sessions beginning November 2, 2026
7PM EST-8:30 EST | VIA ZOOM
$400 for the complete six-week experience
Approximately $67 per session
We’re excited to have you!
