Our Healing Circle Groups
It’s easy to fall into the trap of thinking healing is impossible. When you’ve tried everything and it seems like nothing works, that isn’t a sign to quit, it’s a sign to try something different.
Our virtual Healing Circle Groups offer healing to the whole self by integrating mental heath wisdom, faith principles, and experiential activities to bring breakthrough to you, wherever you are. Our groups integrate course format with live weekly coaching. We offer two categories of groups:
-
Bibliotherapy Groups
Bibliotherapy groups use the power of mental health literature as a catalyst for healing, reflection, and community. Rather than reading in isolation, participants explore carefully selected texts together, unpacking their own stories through the lens of what's on the page.
Our current bibliotherapy offering centers on Why Am I Like This? by Kobe Campbell, a clinically grounded guide to understanding trauma, identity, and the roots of our emotional patterns. This group is personally facilitated by Kobe, creating a rare opportunity to go deeper into the material alongside its author, processing, questioning, and applying it to your real life in real time.
-
Subject-Focused Groups
Subject-focused groups bring clinical depth to the topics that matter most in your everyday life. Led by award-winning trauma therapist Kobe Campbell, these groups create a space where you can explore the psychological and emotional layers beneath life's most common yet complex experiences, alongside others who get it.
From navigating major life transitions to the dynamics of marriage and partnership, each group is designed to move beyond surface-level conversation and into real healing. Whether you are in the middle of a season of change or working through patterns that keep showing up in your relationships, there is a group for where you are.
